There is one thing missing from all these Water Fall pics and that is a selfie with a stubbie in hand. :hehe:

That would be a wild area with some big rainfall to kick the water along. :cool:

Well. It appears my last sojourn into to bush was a bit harsher on me then I expected. That evening I was a bit sore and by the next afternoon I realised I had aggravated by back injury and that evening the sciatica had started again. Was supposed to go to work Friday morning, but after having a shower and brekky, I started to think going to work wasn't my best option. Rung work to say I wasn't come in. Later rang the physio and luckily got in early. From there to the Dr and along with a Certificate for work was scripts for pain killers and anti-inflammatories. Later that afternoon I managed to get into the chiro and thankfully he got some movement in the right hip area and relieved a lot of the pain in that area and the sciatica. Now just a case of rest and be right for work Saturday morning.

At least the Chiro is getting some movement in the right area and I am getting some relieve, which is good
